Stamford-based Semantifi, founded by CEO Shree Pragada and CTO Vishy Dasari in 2009, is a meaning-based platform that enables web users to search both structured data (databases) and unstructured content (documents). Centrally hosted, the platform enables individuals, content owners, or companies to create apps and search any data type for free. The app publisher can choose how the app is shared, if at all, and for purposes such as public appeal, revenue generation or personal interest.
